Online registration for the 12th edition is now open!

La foulée des parcs is organized by Outremont en famille and its volunteer committee. It’s a multi-generational event that brings families together to challenge themselves. Taking part in the race and forming a team helps promote healthy, sporty and eco-responsible lifestyles.

Bib collection

Bibs will be collected from
– Friday, June 14, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
– Saturday, June 15, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Access

The start of the race is at parc Outremont.

Participants are encouraged to get there on foot, by bike, metro or bus. Several streets will be closed for the event.

Form a team

Participants can create teams!

Group registrations of more than 10 people will receive a 25% discount on the registration fee!
To benefit, simply register all the participants in your team at the same address and the discount will apply.

  • Bring a full water bottle
  • Arrive 30 minutes before on the site
  • get into sports clothes in advance because there is no cloakroom on site
  • Choose public transport to get to the stride
  • Headphones not recommended on the course

  • La Marche des ainés (Seniors’ Walk) is a race that encourages those over 65 to complete the course at their own pace.

The Family Challenge is a race that takes place in teams of four, regardless of family composition. We invite runners to dress up, and a prize will be awarded to the best costume!

Admission criteria: must be a member of the Fédération Athlétisme Québec and have had a result equal to or below the following times in the last year

5 km:

10 km:
> Men: 38min
> Women: 42min
